Instructions to Apply
Instructions for preparing the posters.
- The posters must be printed in color on a Pana flex sheet of specified size along with the stand. No poster will be accepted without the stand.
- The poster size must be 24 inches in width and 60 inches in height as shown in the figure.
- Poster must be mounted on the stand. Conference organizers will not provide a stand or board for the display of posters.
- The poster must contain the identification code (Post-XX) at the top left corner of the poster. The code will be communicated at the time of abstract acceptance via acceptance email.
Please follow the following instructions:
- Original Research Work
- All material presented on the posters must consist of original research work.
- Avoid inclusion of plagiarized or previously published content and encourage contributors to uphold academic integrity. Properly attribute any previously published data or ideas used in the research.
- Poster Size and Orientation:
- Dimensions for the poster must be 24 inches (2 feet) by 60 inches (5 feet) for standard posters.
- Orient the poster in portrait format for better visibility.
- Title and Authors:
- The title should be prominently displayed at the top of the poster.
- Include the names and affiliations of all authors beneath the title.
- Ensure that the font size for the title is large enough to be read from a distance, typically 72-96 points.
- Sections and Layout:
- Divide the poster into logical sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
- Use clear headings and subheadings to organize each section.
- Content and Graphics:
- Keep text concise and use bullet points or numbered lists for clarity.
- Incorporate visuals such as graphs, charts, tables, and images to illustrate key points.
- Ensure that all visuals are of high quality and clearly labeled with captions.
- Text and Font:
- Choose a clear and legible font such as Arial, Calibri, or Helvetica.
- Use a font size that is easily readable from a distance, typically 24-36 points for body text.
- References and Acknowledgments:
- Include a section for references if necessary, listing cited literature in a consistent citation style (e.g., APA, MLA).
